10 Tips to Improve memory and Create Stress–Free Learning

  • Are you working too hard?
  • Feel like you are burning the candle at both ends?

Stress may be the culprit and inhibit learning and memory as well. Here are some quick tips to eliminate stress and improve memory and learning.

  1. Sit quietly in a comforting place with your eyes closed and just begin to relax.
  2. Breathe in deeply for 8 counts, bringing in the breath from the belly upwards and release it slowly for 8 counts.
  3. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and be thankful for who you are and what you have.
  4. Look at the back of your hands and focus on opening and closing your fingers with no other thoughts coming into your head.
  5. Eat foods that are Healthy and Organic!!
  6. Write down your daily successes in a journal- so that you begin to focus on the positive aspects of your life.
  7. Take a 7-minute walk and notice the scenery and its details.
  8. Close your eyes while listening to your favorite song and visualize your favorite place.
  9. Practice smiling and saying "I love myself!, I love who I am"
  10. Close your eyes and focus on a beautiful beach and begin to incorporate all your senses, and mentally draw your ideal get away!
