Organic spaghetti sauce recipe
6 large organic tomatoes
1 organic onion
1 cup of organic mushrooms
1 cup of spring water- with minerals
1 tsp of organic- Greek oregano
1 tsp of Organic crushed garlic
1 tsp of Organic Sea Salt
Boil the tomatoes, onion and mushrooms in the spring water until they are soft and mushy.

When they are soft and mushy add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer all for about 5 min.

Take the mixture and put it in a blender and blend till you get the sauce consistency—add more water if you want
Makes enough sauce for 4 people- depending on size of serving.
Organic baked meatless lasagna—
Items needed:
Organic lasagna noodles
Organic raw Parmesan cheese grated
Organic ricotta cheese
Organic mozzarella cheese
1 whole organic onion -- finely chopped
1 tsp of Organic oregano for each layer
½ cup for each layer - Add in your own vegetables—(spinach, zucchini, etc) finely chopped
In a lasagna pan—begin to build your layers in this order so that they do not burn or
Stick-
Sauce, then the noodles, cheese, veggies, oregano, onions more sauce- and start allover again—on the last layer then- make sure you finish with cheese- cover lightly with
Foil- put into oven at 300 degrees for 2 to 3 hours—allowing it to cook slowly
So the noodles absorb the flavors—then the last 30 minutes raise temp at 350.
Pull out of oven and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes serve and freeze the rest for another time!!!
